About this living space

Almost every day we eat together in our shared kitchen and every now and then we plan a shared activity such as the annually weekend at Appelpop, water ski, visit an amusement park or something you suggest as new roommate. In the flat we also have a number of activities like the annually Flat Party, drinks, New Year diner and a BBQ in the summer. If you are a sociable, active roommate, make sure to respond to this room.

With the famous city park as your backyard, this is a great location and a very popular room. You have your own separate bathroom and you share the kitchen with 7 housemates. You can apply for rent allowance, please check the website of the tax authorities if you are eligible.

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
