Would you like to live in an apartment with an independent kitchen and bathroom, but you do like liveliness of other students around you, then this is your place! The apartment is in a beautiful old school building at a small park. At the backside of the building is a nice landscaped garden, which you share with the other tenants. A lovely place to relax on a sunny day.

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

The previous resident will discuss takeovers at a viewing.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
