Do you like to live in a real student house near the center, which is nice and quiet? Then this is your place. There is always the possibility to eat with the other residents, drink a cup of coffee or grab a beer. Behind the house is a spacious garden with bicycle shed, both of which are shared with another student house with whom there is good contact. A nice place to spend on a sunny day.

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
