Just a walk away you will find the new bustling district Strijp-S. Even closer is a supermarket. There is also enough space to sit outside and enjoy a barbeque.

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

The previous resident offers the following items for takeover: Floor coverings, curtains, dining table, desk/lamp, desk chair, large lamp, double bed, bedside table, cutlery/boards, cleaning utensils and other organisational items.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
