You can brush your teeth at the sink in your own room. In the shared kitchen you can eat together or alone. There is also a communal garden that you can use!

You can also apply for rent allowance, even for a non-self-contained room. Because this building is specially indicated by the tax authorities. Check the website of the tax authorities if you are eligible.

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
