About this living space

This house is located in the center of Eindhoven and within walking distance of the Philips Stadium. The university is about 10 minutes cycling.

In these rooms the allocation of the room is slightly different. The 20 candidates with the longest waiting time will be invited by email on a viewing night on Thursday 6 April at 8pm. The residents choose who will be the new resident in the new room after that night! Your registration time is not important in their choice.

The residents:

We are a cozy house with 11 residents and 2 chickens. We are looking for a new roommate who is serious about his studies but who is also active in the student life. Besides studying, we like to do fun things together. For example: Every year we participate in the van Lint sports week, we like to organize a super house party, we also like going out together and every day we eat together.

In our accommodation you will find a shared washing machine and a bicycle storage in the back of the garden.

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
