About this living space

Please note, this is a collective ad for 13 available rooms. The information shown under features is for this room specifically. At the end of this text you will find the square meters and gross rents for all available rooms.

You will receive approximately € 75,- discount on the advance payment of gas and electricity from the government until June 30, 2024. This amount has already been deducted from the shown gross rents.

You live in an old villa in the Villapark district and you are in the centre of Eindhoven within a few minutes walk or bike ride.

You share the living room, kitchen and the garden at the back with the neighbors (number 14 or 16). There are in total 16 residents.

In the house there are 5 toilets, 3 showers and 1 bathroom. There is even a gym! It is located in the garage.

The houses are connected, so you can always socialize with each other!

All rooms have their own washbasins.
One room has its own ensuite (ground floor).
One room has a private balcony.
There are also storage rooms, these can be found in the garden. But, these are linked to a room. So, not every room still has its own storage room.

The 20 candidates with the longest application time will receive an email where a top three can be entered.
