You share the cosy kitchen together with 7 housemates. In the house there are two bathrooms. The room is located in a student flat in the lively surroundings of the Kruisstraat and near the city centre. You can park your bike in the shared bicycle storage and there is a shared garden at the backside of the building where you can enjoy the sun.

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
