This house has a big shared living room. You share the communal facilities with 3 other roommates. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the city center, just steps away from Woenselse Market where you can find all kinds of shops. There is also a weekly market every Saturday. Please note: this contains temporary rent up to 31-7-2025. You will keep your registration time with Vestide!

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
