The studio is fully furnished. You can rent it until 31-07-2025. Besides furnishings, there is kitchen inventory and a linen package provided. You will share all facilities including washing machine and fridge with 2 international students. It is possible to terminate the rent earlier. One month's notice is applicable. Extending the rental agreement is not possible. If you move in, you keep your registration time. In addition to the rent, you also have to pay a € 250.- deposit at the start.
If you are going to live here, you live in one of the most popular student flats in Eindhoven. The location is good, at walking distance of Strijp-S, near the citycenter and educational institutions. Do you have a car? You can easily park it in the adjacent parking lot. There also is a place reserved for your bike.
