Only international students are living in this building. Students from Tue and Fontys. And there is a Dutch student manager living in the building.

You can rent it until 31-07-2025. Besides furnishings, there is kitchen inventory and a linen package provided. It is possible to terminate the rent earlier. One month's notice is applicable. Extending the rental agreement is not possible. If you move in, you keep your registration time. In addition to the rent, you also have to pay a €250 deposit at the start.
