To rent this room, you must be a student at the Technical University of Eindhoven.

Besides furnishings, there is kitchen inventory and a linen package provided. It is possible to terminate the rent earlier. One month's notice is applicable. Extending the rental agreement is not possible. If you move in, you keep your registration time. In addition to the rent, you also have to pay a €250 deposit at the start. Most residents in the building are international students.

The most residents of this building are international students. An own parking lot for your bike is available inside the building. You wash your clothes in a launderette on the ground floor. There is a common area on the ground floor to spend free time with fellow residents. Dutch-speaking student administrators are present who also live in the building.

You will share all facilities including washing machine and fridge with 3 other international students.

Please note, as of July 1, the gross rent is € 256,14. This is due to the annual rent increase of the basic rent.

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
