You can rent it until 31-07-2025. Besides furnishings, there is kitchen inventory and a linen package provided. It is possible to terminate the rent earlier. One month's notice is applicable. Extending the rental agreement is not possible. If you move in, you keep your registration time. In addition to the rent, you also have to pay a €250 deposit at the start. Most residents in the building are international students.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);
• The study you follow or will follow must be registered with the RIO, CREBO or NVAO, designated as "funded education". If you are only taking a course, your employer is paying for the education or if you follow a private education you cannot rent from us;
• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
