This is a room in a large living group where you will live with 7 others. The room has a private bathroom and toilet. The living room has an open kitchen. Just a walk away you will find the new bustling district Strijp-S. Even closer is a supermarket. There is also enough space to sit outside and enjoy a barbeque.

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

The tenants of this house do many things together. For example, we eat together every day and almost every day after dinner we play one of the many board games from our common game cabinet. We have been given the nickname "Huize Dreft" from our community centers, because we all do the dishes in the kitchen at the same time every day. We often have house evenings, we regularly go bowling together and former roommates (from up to 8 years ago) still visit our birthday parties and Christmas dinners.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);
• The study you follow or will follow must be registered with the RIO, CREBO or NVAO, designated as "funded education". If you are only taking a course, your employer is paying for the education or if you follow a private education you cannot rent from us;
• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
