Haven is more than a home: it's a community that is your safe haven, that supports you in your student life and offers you the space to develop yourself.

Haven is located on the TU/e campus and consists of 735 student houses within the buildings Castor, Pollux and Terra. In these buildings you will find group homes, studios and apartments. The houses are rented out for 50% to Dutch (regular) students and 50% to international students.

This is a collective advertisement for 17 available 2-person apartments. Please note that the photos do not match. All residences include floor and window coverings. The total rental prices for an apartment go from €867,45 tot €877,52.

Community spaces in Haven
As an extension of your residence, you will find community spaces in the complexes where you can get together. For example, in Castor you will find 7 community spaces, all with their own theme. Challenge your friends in the Game Room, show off your musical talent in the Jam Room, or enjoy a movie night in the Theatre!

In addition, for Haven residents, there is The Hangout. This home of the Haven community can be found in the low-rise building. Here too you can get together: during the day in café-setting, at night in bar-setting. Haven residents are responsible for the management, organization and organization of activities. This leaves room for own initiatives and exchanges between residents.

Conditions for responding to this advertisement
1. You both are registered as a house seeker with Vestide.
2. You both are a full-time student at an educational institution of which at least 1 of you is located on the TU/e campus.
3. Or: You both are a PhD student of which at least 1 of you at the TU/e.
4. Or: You both are a EngD student of which at least 1 of you at the TU/e.
5. All combinations of the above are possible.
Housing occupancy
Are you a PhD or EngD student? The 2nd tenant may also be a legally registered partner. Your partner must also have an account with Vestide so you can respond to this ad together. For all other forms of study, the 2nd tenant must be a full-time student in the Netherlands.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution (on the TU/e campus!) for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);
• The study you follow or will follow must be registered with the RIO, CREBO or NVAO, designated as "funded education". If you are only taking a course, your employer is paying for the education or if you follow a private education you cannot rent from us;
• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
