When renting this room, you will keep your registration time.

The studio is fully furnished. You can rent it till 31-07-2026. In addition to furniture, kitchen inventory and a linen package is present. To be eligible you must prove to be a full-time student. Not necessarily in Eindhoven. If you use the travel time bonus you must prove your address on your Vestide registration. It is possible to cancel the tenancy earlier. A one-month notice applies. Extending is not possible! If you live here you will keep your registration time. In addition to the rent, you must also pay a € 250 deposit at the start. Housing allowance is possible for this studio. The studio is opened with an app on your phone. The kitchen has an electric hob, combi microwave and extractor hood. Connecting a washing machine is not possible, but there is a shared laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers. This costs € 3 per wash and € 2 per dry.

Viewing is not possible. When you get a room offered, we will attach pictures of a almost identical room.

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

NOTE: There is a different requirement for Haven (Blauwe Loper): You must provide a proof of enrollment or PhD agreement on the TUe campus for this academic year.

• The study you follow or will follow must be registered with the RIO, CREBO or NVAO, designated as "funded education". If you are only taking a course, your employer is paying for the education or if you follow a private education you cannot rent from us;
• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
• Are you responding to a 2-person accommodation? The house seeker with the longest registration time must show a proof of enrollment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year.
