About this living space
This house is located right in the center of Eindhoven. The university is about 10 minutes by bike and the nightlife area Stratumseind normally is only 5 minutes by bike (the return trip may take longer). There are 11 residents, 4 toilets, 2 showers, a washing machine, large living room, kitchen and a nice spacious garden.
Besides studying we do fun things together, for example we organize a big party with all the residents every year, we have a residents night every month and we eat together every day in our living room. In the summer we can often be found in the garden.
With this room, the allocation of the room goes slightly differently. Only the 20 candidates with the longest registration time are invited by email to a viewing evening. The residents then choose who will be the new roommate. The date for the group viewing is not yet known.
It's not possible to accept this room unseen. The rent of this room does not include gas, water and electricity. The house has its own energy contract, these costs are in addition to the rent.

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
• Are you responding to a 2-person accommodation? The house seeker with the longest registration time must show a proof of enrollment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year.
