Your furnished studio is located in Haven, the community on campus that supports you in your (student) life. Here you will develop your social connections and have the space to grow personally.

Together with 735 other residents, you will create something special in the Castor, Pollux and Terra buildings. These buildings offer shared flats, studios and individual rooms. 50% of the residences are rented to Dutch (regular) students and 50% to international students.

Common areas in Haven

There are several communal areas where you can meet and share responsibilities. Challenge other residents in the Game Room, show off your musical talent in the Jam Room, or enjoy a movie night in the Cinema Room! The Hangout is a place where anything can happen: watch movies, cook together or even organise a party. You and your fellow residents are responsible for managing, organising and planning activities. Our community builder is there to support you in this. Through the Area of People app, you can stay informed and easily communicate with all residents.

This accommodation is located on the 9th floor of the building.

Conditions for this accommodation

You are an international full-time student at an educational institution located on the TU/e campus.

In order to prove that you are an international student, you need to provide a confirmation statement (also known as an admission letter). You received this in your mail from your educational institution at the beginning of your study.

Are you applying with a travel time bonus? To prove this, you have to submit a print screen from MijnOverheid.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

NOTE: There is a different requirement for Haven (Blauwe Loper): You must provide a proof of enrollment or PhD agreement on the TUe campus for this academic year.

• The study you follow or will follow must be registered with the RIO, CREBO or NVAO, designated as "funded education". If you are only taking a course, your employer is paying for the education or if you follow a private education you cannot rent from us;
• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
• Are you responding to a 2-person accommodation? The house seeker with the longest registration time must show a proof of enrollment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year.
