Your furnished and partially carpeted studio is located in Haven, the community on campus that supports you in your (student) life. It’s where you develop your social connections and have the space to grow personally.

Together with 735 other residents, you’ll create something special within the buildings Castor, Pollux, and Terra. These buildings offer shared apartments, studios, and individual rooms. The housing is rented out 50% to Dutch (regular) students and 50% to international students. International students are given priority for this room type.

This accomodation is located on the 8th floor.

Community Spaces in Haven

There are several common spaces where you can meet up and share responsibilities. Challenge other residents in the Game Room, show off your musical talent in the Jam Room, or enjoy a movie night in the Cinema Room! The Hangout is a place where anything can happen: watch films, cook together, or even organize a party. You and your fellow residents are responsible for managing, organizing, and planning activities. Our community builder is here to support you with this. Through the Area of People app, you can stay updated and easily communicate with all residents.

You are a full-time student at an educational institution located on the TU/e campus.
OR: You are a PhD student at TU/e.
OR: You are an EngD student at TU/e.
Conditions for this accommodation

You are an international full-time student or a PhD student or an EngD student at an educational institution located on the TU/e campus. You are considered an international student if you completed your secondary/high school outside the Netherlands.

To prove that you are an international student, you must submit a confirmation statement (TU/e) or admission letter (Fontys). You have received this by email from your educational institution at the start of your studies.

Are you applying for a travel allowance? To prove this, you must submit a screenshot from MijnOverheid.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

NOTE: There is a different requirement for Haven (Blauwe Loper): You must provide a proof of enrollment or PhD agreement on the TUe campus for this academic year.

• The study you follow or will follow must be registered with the RIO, CREBO or NVAO, designated as "funded education". If you are only taking a course, your employer is paying for the education or if you follow a private education you cannot rent from us;
• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
• Are you responding to a 2-person accommodation? The house seeker with the longest registration time must show a proof of enrollment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year.
