About this living space

Dear Student, In 'Huize GDN' (we will explain this later) a room will become available! On the 's-Gravesandestraat every day we eat together with a group of active housemates (also on weekends). With 16 roommates there is always someone to drink a cup of coffee with or a beer which we get at our own house bar. Every now and then we organize special beer evenings, BBQ-evenings and in the summer we like to go on holidays together. The room is ideally located with a supermarket and snack bar nearby. The Strijp-S station is just a walk away. You can get to the university and the city within 10 minutes cycling. All facilities are available in our house: we have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The room is located on the 1st floor of the building

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? If so, these costs are not included and you pay the advance to a roommate who took out the subscription.

During the group viewing you can eat with the living group. If you are among the first 20 candidates, you will receive the contact details to register for this.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

NOTE: There is a different requirement for Haven (Blauwe Loper): You must provide a proof of enrollment or PhD agreement on the TUe campus for this academic year.

• The study you follow or will follow must be registered with the RIO, CREBO or NVAO, designated as "funded education". If you are only taking a course, your employer is paying for the education or if you follow a private education you cannot rent from us;
• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
• Are you responding to a 2-person accommodation? The house seeker with the longest registration time must show a proof of enrollment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year.
