To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

NOTE: There is a different requirement for Haven (Blauwe Loper): You must provide a proof of enrollment or PhD agreement on the TUe campus for this academic year.

• The study you follow or will follow must be registered with the RIO, CREBO or NVAO, designated as "funded education". If you are only taking a course, your employer is paying for the education or if you follow a private education you cannot rent from us;
• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
• Are you responding to a 2-person accommodation? The house seeker with the longest registration time must show a proof of enrollment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year.
