The 2 rooms are divided into a living room with kitchen and a bedroom.

The facades are very well insulated, there are solar panels on the roof of the building and on the bicycle sheds. The apartment has an A++ energy label. You cook on an induction hob which is already present. There is a collective gas heating system.

Is the advance payment for gas, water and/or electricity not present in the service charge? Then these costs are not included and you must take out your own subscription for this.

Please note, as of 1 July, the gross rent is € 580,50. This is due to the annual rent increase of the basic rent.

To rent this accommodation, we ask you for the following:

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
