There is a cosy courtyard, where you and the other residents can play table tennis or enjoy the Sun. The previous resident offers the following items for takeover: Bed frame, lamps, grey dresser, glass tabel.

Please note, as of 1 July, the gross rent is €677,24. This is due to the annual rent increase of the basic rent.

• Proof of enrolment at an Eindhoven educational institution for this academic year (Note: A print screen of your Studielink page is only valid if you are going to do a new degree program that starts the next academic year and for which there has not been issued an official registration certificate yet);

• When you apply to an accommodation, the address on your Vestide registration must be equal to the registration with the municipality. If this does not match, you cannot rent the accommodation.
